We want you to love your Bambuhug. If it's not right for you, we've got you covered.
Returns & Refunds: You have 60 days from delivery to request a return. We'll issue a full refund to your original payment method once we receive the item back. Please note: customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or we sent the wrong size.
Sizing Exchanges: Wrong size? No problem. Contact us at info@bambuhug.com within 60 days and we'll send you the correct size. We cover shipping on size exchanges - just send the original back using the prepaid label we provide.
To Start a Return or Exchange: Email us at info@bambuhug.com with your order number and reason for return. We'll send you return instructions within 24 hours.
Items Must Be:
- Returned within 60 days of delivery
- Clean and in resellable condition (yes, you can try it on and wear it to test fit and comfort)
- In original packaging if possible
Damaged or Defective Items: Contact us immediately at info@bambuhug.com with photos. We'll send a replacement at no cost or issue a full refund including return shipping.
Refund Processing: Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll process your refund within 5-7 business days. Please allow 5-10 additional days for your bank to post the refund.
